Your Guests cans stroll through the Central park and open space along the banks of the great salt marsh amid three hundred year old moss draped trees that make Beaufort and the low country unique.

Beaufort Town Center is centrally located off the Old Shell Point Road (US Highway 21 and Boundary Street). Have your wedding ceremony and reception at sunset or under the stars creating the perfect Lowcountry wedding or rehearsal dinner and the most perfect backdrop in the city.  Weddings and events from  20 to 500 people may choose to have a luxurious event tent styled to create a beautiful and romantic setting.  Have chandeliers and flickering candlelight compliment moonlit evenings while flowing draperies frame the dramatic views.

Center Stage at Beaufort Town Center

Beaufort Town Center is uniquely positioned along Highway 21 / Boundary Street, in the heart of the City’s redevelopment district, where it is adjacent to the City and County Government Centers and the Intracoastal Waterway. With more than 40,000 cars passing each day, Beaufort Town Center combines office, hotel, retail, restaurant and residential mixed use spaces.  

Within Beaufort Town Center, is a high-traffic strip-center with a great tenant mix.  Beaufort Town Plaza offers such well known tenants as Kmart, Higher Ground, Omni Health & Fitness, Outback Steak House, Pizza Inn, and more.

Now you or your organization can lease our 90' x 130' space in the center of Beaufort Town Plaza for your event or function.  If a limited budget dictates your choice of event space, the incredibly affordable Center Stage at Town Plaza is the choice for you.

Please note, that nationally affiliated charity organizations, chapters of statewide charity organizations and local community minded non-profit organizations are eligible to hold their events at no charge at Center Stage (some restrictions apply).
